Welcome To Berkshire Nautilus

Fitness as a way of life should be reasonable, manageable and a long term commitment.

Berkshire Nautilus — building healthier lives through exercise.

Berkshire Nautilus is a family-owned and family-run business that was established in June of 1989. Originally known as Nautilus Fitness and located on West Street,  Berkshire Nautilus moved to its current space in the fall of 2001.  The owner, Jim Ramondetta, holds a Masters  degree in Exercise Science from Queens College and a Bachelors degree in Biology from Williams College. Jamie Ramondetta is the aerobics and class program Director and is a certified group exercise instructor with a background in dance and exercise. The Berkshire Nautilus was developed out of a love for exercise and a strong belief that exercise done correctly will  enhance the quality of one’s life. With a staff of certified professionals, we bring education and fun to exercise in a friendly and welcoming environment.
