Aerobic-schedule Current as of 11-2-17

SERIOUS CYCLE A Serious way to get into shape. Cycle with intensity to some great music and energetic instructors to lead the ride! Don’t forget your water and your towel! Check the class schedule for the length of class.
BASIC WEIGHTS / SCULPT These weight training classes get you warmed up and from there you will use hand held weights as well as Body Bars. These classes will take you from top to bottom with the focus on strengthening and a serious focus on correct form. Join us for a basic and very thorough weight workout.
30 CARDIO/30 WTS
The first 30 minutes of class will be a cardio workout, with lo impact aerobics as a base. The final 30 minutes will be a weight workout.
CARDIO WEIGHTS Cardio Weights will start you with an aerobic warm up. The class will move to a full functional fitness class using weights, and other equipment that will be at the complete discretion on your instructor. This overall workout will focus on maintaining a good aerobic base throughout the entire workout. You will work hard and sweat. Be prepared for a great hour of total body exercise.
PILATES-MAT This Pilates class is based on the original design of Joseph Pilates. The class is worked almost completely on the mat, with occasional additions of some standing Pilates exercises. Pilates Mat has a strong focus on proper alignment during these basic dance style floor exercises. The entire body will work together to develop strength.  There is no one part of the body that will work alone
ZUMBA/ZUMBA TONING
 
Zumba is a fun and almost old time Latin style dance class. Every person gets to follow along at his/her best ability. The class is designed to improve your cardio as well as your overall coordination, and have a great time doing so. There are several different types of Zumba classes; Toning will incorporate conditioning exercises into your Zumba routine.
 
HIIT/SCULPT
HIIT is a high intensity, interval workout. Class will begin with a warmup to prepare you for the work to come. The focus of this HIIT class is to bring short bursts of high intensity workouts followed by short periods of active recovery. Class may use light weights. Each class design will be up to the discretion on your instructor. Prepare for hard work and an increased overall fitness level.
TAI CHI Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise with a focus on a  constant flow of motion from exercise to exercise. It is designed to put minimal stress on the muscles and the joints. The class is for all levels.
MIT Mixed Interval Training. Class moves you from warm up to high intensity cardio on the machine of your choice. You will then move to another piece of cardio equipment to ensure very challenging and out of your comfort zone intervals. A weight workout will follow the cardio intervals, with a focus on still maintaining  a certain level of aerobic function throughout.
CORE DE FORCE
This is an MMA inspired workout. Class is a mix of exhilarating boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai combinations mixed with fat blasting cardio and body weight moves that will help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and will help you carve whole body definition.
YOGA Different styles of Yoga may be taught at the discretion on the instructor. Check class schedule for length of class, which will be one hour unless otherwise noted.
BOOT CAMP Boot Camp is an intense workout. It will challenge you fitness level and make you stronger and fitter as you meet that challenge!
